After spending the summer performing at some of Italy’s leading festivals and outdoor venues, Madame is preparing to bring her music into the country’s most iconic clubs. At the heart of the tour is DISINCANTO, her third studio album: a project that questions certainties, relationships and identity, turning vulnerability into a form of freedom.

Madame’s Artistic Journey: A Voice Beyond Boundaries
In the contemporary Italian music scene, Madame has developed an artistic identity that is difficult to fit into a single category. Singer-songwriter, rapper and performer, Francesca Calearo has made personal songwriting the foundation of her artistic expression. Since her earliest releases, her music has explored the contradictions of human experience: desire and fear, vulnerability and pride, the need to belong and the search for independence.
Her distinctive character lies not only in her ability to move between rap and melody, but also in the way she uses her voice as a storytelling instrument. Her lyrics often become a direct conversation with herself, leaving little room for masks or carefully constructed personas. This balance between immediacy and introspection has helped establish her as one of the most recognisable figures in the new generation of Italian music.
With her latest album, DISINCANTO, Madame takes this exploration further, focusing on the relationship between who we are, what others expect us to be and who we ultimately choose to become.

DISINCANTO: Questioning Yourself to Find Your Way
Fourteen tracks come together to tell the story of a period of personal and artistic transformation. DISINCANTO is rooted in a new awareness: not necessarily the loss of every illusion, but the decision to look at reality without filters and stop accepting the beliefs we have built over time.
The album title captures the central idea behind the project. To question, to challenge what once seemed certain and to find the courage to define one's own truth. It is not simply about abandoning the idea of enchantment, but about moving towards a more conscious form of freedom, where personal contradictions are allowed to exist.
Tracks such as “DISINCANTO”, “COME STAI?”, “MAI PIÙ” and “LA PERSONA PEGGIORE DEL MONDO” outline a journey shaped by uncomfortable questions, complicated relationships and moments of inner confrontation. The songwriting moves between confession and provocation, alternating intimate passages with moments in which language becomes direct, sharp and deliberately uncompromising.
Yet the album's personal dimension never remains entirely private. At several points, Madame's reflections expand to address the music industry, the entertainment world and the weight of external expectations. The result is a record that uses individual experience as a starting point for broader questions, giving listeners the opportunity to recognise parts of themselves in its uncertainties.
Between Introspection and Urban Sounds: The Album’s Collaborations
The collaborations also contribute to the different shades of DISINCANTO. In “VOLEVO CAPIRE”, Madame joins forces with Marracash for a track built around the exchange of two perspectives, exploring vulnerability, success and the search for authenticity. Their contrasting artistic sensibilities create one of the album's central moments, bringing together two different journeys connected by a shared attention to songwriting.
A different direction emerges in “PUTTANA SVIZZERA”, featuring Nerissima Serpe, Papa V and 6occia. Here, the album opens up to the sounds and energy of the new Italian urban scene, creating a contrast with its more reflective moments.
This alternation is one of the project's most interesting elements. Madame does not abandon her singer-songwriter identity; instead, she places it in dialogue with different rap languages and approaches, refusing to limit herself to a single musical formula. The collaborations become part of a wider artistic exploration, with each encounter adding another layer to the album's narrative.
The DISINCANTO TOUR 2026: Back to the Clubs
Following the Madame Tour Estate 2026, which took her to festivals and outdoor venues across Italy, the artist is preparing to return to the stage with the DISINCANTO TOUR 2026. Produced and organised by Friends & Partners, the indoor tour will begin on 28 November at Vox Club in Nonantola before travelling through several major Italian cities until 20 December.
The decision to bring the project into clubs introduces a different setting for the songs of DISINCANTO. Compared with the scale of summer festivals, these venues offer a closer connection between artist and audience, creating an environment that feels particularly suited to an album built around emotional intensity and the power of words.
Although the complete official setlist has not yet been announced, the tour will bring the musical world of the new album to the stage alongside songs that have defined Madame's career over recent years.

Milan at the Centre of the Tour: Two Nights at Fabrique
Among the most anticipated stops are undoubtedly the two Milan dates, scheduled for 11 and 12 December 2026 at Fabrique. The second show was added following the announcement of the first concert, giving more fans the opportunity to experience the performance in the Lombard capital.
Milan represents an important stop within a tour that travels across Italy from north to south. The two nights at Fabrique will give Madame the opportunity to present her latest project in one of the country's key music cities, strengthening her connection with an audience that has followed the different stages of her artistic evolution.
Tickets for both dates are available through the official ticketing channels indicated by the organisers, including TicketOne. For the latest updates on availability and event information, fans can also consult Fabrique's official website and the tour's official channels.

Beyond the Enchantment: A New Sense of Awareness
With DISINCANTO and the tour accompanying its release, Madame appears to be entering a new phase, one driven less by the search for approval and more by the need to express herself without filters. Doubt is not presented as a limitation, but as a tool for redefining her relationship with the world, with others and with music itself.
The return to clubs adds another dimension to this narrative: a space where the collective experience of a live show meets the deeply personal nature of her songs. Through songwriting, experimentation and artistic dialogue, Madame continues to move beyond immediate labels, turning her journey into an open story that is still unfolding.
The DISINCANTO TOUR 2026 will therefore mark another chapter to experience live, with two nights at Milan's Fabrique set to bring this new stage of her career closer to the audience.
